English version End User License Agreement THIS
SOFTWARE IS LICENSED, NOT SOLD. YOU MAY USE THIS SOFTWARE ONLY AS
DESCRIBED IN THIS AGREEMENT. IF
YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL THE
SOFTWARE OR USE ANY REGISTRATION NUMBER THAT WAS PROVIDED WITH THE
SOFTWARE. YOU MAY CONTACT THE WEB SITE OR STORE WHERE YOU PURCHASED THE
LICENSE FOR A REFUND IF APPLICABLE. License Agreement Please
read the following terms and conditions before using this software.
Use of FtpAnywhere indicates you accept the terms of this license
agreement and warranty. Free part Client
part of FtpAnywhere : If you install ftpanywhere with “Do not install the server
part “ option , then only the client part of FtpAnywhere will be
installed on your computer (will not install the server program
ftpserver.exe etc.) , and it is free for use . Registered Version A single
registered copy of FtpAnywhere may either be used by a single person who
uses the software on one computer, or installed on a single computer and
used by multiple people. One
copy or license of FtpAnywhere cannot be installed on multiple computers
[but you can install and/or use the client part of FtpAnywhere for no
charge] and cannot be used at the same time.
A license must be purchased for each computer FtpAnywhere[server
part] is installed on. It is
free if install and/or use the Client part of FtpAnywhere only.
Governing Law
This
agreement shall be governed by the laws of the P.R.China and
foreign Copyright laws . Disclaimer of Warranty THIS
SOFTWARE(Clinet part and/or server part) AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE
SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments
into which FtpAnywhere may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE IS OFFERED. Good data processing practice dictates that any new program should be thoroughly tested by the user with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR, AT THE SELLER’S DISCRETION, A REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU. Evaluation and Registration Subject
to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for
evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. After 30 days, you can continue use of the server part of
FtpAnywhere for personal use for no charge with the default online limit ,
if you want use the server part of FtpAnywhere for commercial use , you
must register it. If you
use server part of this software after the 30-days evaluation period not
for personal use , registration is required.

When payment is received, you will be sent a registration code for
FtpAnywhere via e-mail. Distribution Provided
that you are distributing the current non-registered Evaluation Version
you are hereby granted permission to duplicate and distribute the program;
give exact copies of the original Evaluation version to anyone; and
distribute the Evaluation version of the software and documentation in its
unmodified form via electronic means.
There is no charge for any of the above. You are
specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any
such copies, however made; from distributing the software and/or
documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior
written permission.
